Terms of Use
Last updated 22 September 2026
Who this applies to
These terms apply to anyone using this website, operated by Zuu Yee Meat Trading Sdn. Bhd. (company registration 202501028903 (1630315-V)). By using this website, you accept these terms.
What this website is for
This website describes our pork supply business and lets you send a business enquiry. It is not an online shop: no orders are placed, and no payments are taken through this website.
Enquiries, not orders
Submitting the enquiry form or messaging us on WhatsApp or email is a request for information, not a confirmed order. Any supply arrangement, pricing, minimum quantity or delivery schedule is agreed separately with our team before it becomes binding.
Accuracy of information
We try to keep prices, availability, opening hours and product information accurate, but supply and pricing can change without notice. Where this website and a direct conversation with us differ, the direct conversation applies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website: no attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, submit false enquiry details, or use it for an unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs, film and design on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without asking first.
No liability for external links
Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and similar services take you to third-party platforms we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or availability.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided as is. To the extent allowed by Malaysian law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this website, other than for actual supply arrangements agreed directly with us.
Privacy
How we handle information you send us is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business or website changes. The date above shows when they were last updated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
